SYNOPSIS

NU GSPP hosted the Guest lecture with Rinat Mukhametkaliyev, Deputy Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Policy Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan who discussed the Professionalization of the state apparatus. The event was hold in Kazakh with English and Russian translation.
