It’s a time to have more female leaders in KZ civil service
06.11.2018GSPP Prof Saltanat Janenova participated in the briefing of the Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Agency on new reform initiatives.
One of the many interesting changes suggested by the Agency is to increase the number of females at decision-making positions.
Prof Janenova elaborated on benefits and the need to promote gender equality in civil service. Prof Janenova notes that in order to enter OECD Kazakhstan needs to promote gender gender equity, which in its turn helps scientific-economic growth.
