SYNOPSIS

We hosted the GSPP Guest lecture with Saken Shayakhmetov, Deputy akim of the Pavlodar region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He discussed the Pandemic in Pavlodar: global events and local decisions. The event was hold in English with Russian translation.
