Asad Bokhari

Position: Assistant Professor
Education Background: Ph.D. in Governance and Policy, Inha University, Incheon (South Korea)

Dr. Asad Bokhari is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Governance at Nazarbayev University, Astana, Kazakhstan. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at Dongshin University, South Korea (2024–2025), a Research Fellow at the Centre for Convergence Security and e-Governance, Inha University (2021–2024), and a Research and Teaching Assistant at Ajou Business School, Ajou University (2014–2017).

He holds a Ph.D. in Governance and Policy from Inha University, Republic of Korea (2024), an MS.B.A. in Strategic Management from Ajou University (2020), and an MBA from the Virtual University of Pakistan (2010). For his outstanding research achievements, Dr. Bokhari was honored with the “Presidential Award for Inha Talent” in February 2024.

Dr. Bokhari has authored and co-authored several research articles in leading journals, including IEEE Access, Journal of Innovation and Knowledge, Journal of Cleaner Production, Applied Sciences, Sustainability, Knowledge Management & E-Learning, and the Journal of Small Business Strategy. His research interests include artificial intelligence applications, e-governance, digital governance, smart cities, innovations, technology adoption, organizational behavior, environmental policy, and corporate strategy.

In addition to publishing, Dr. Bokhari has served as a peer reviewer for more than 15 top-tier international journals. He also possesses strong hands-on expertise in quantitative research methods and is proficient in using SmartPLS and SPSS for data analysis.
