ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Omer F. Baris is an Assistant Professor of Economics of the NU Graduate School of Public Policy. Dr. Baris received his doctorate in economics from Georgia State University in August 2012. His fields of research include Micro Economic Theory, Game Theory and Bargaining, Public Economics, Behavioral Economics, Behavioral Public Policy, Social Choice and Welfare Economics, and Public Choice.
