Graduate School of Public Policy

Prof Lim Siong Guan came to Astana on 28 May 2018 at the invitation of the Graduate School of Public Policy, Nazarbayev University. Lim Siong Guan is a Professor in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, instructing on leadership and change management. He is Advisor to the Group Executive Committee of GIC. GIC is a private company wholly owned by the Government of Singapore that manages foreign financial reserves of Singapore.

The Graduate School of Public Service and Astana Civil Service Hub organized seminars, which were delivered by prof Lim on “Leading Change in the Public Sector” for civil servants and “Economic Diversification and Investment Promotion: Lessons from Singapore” for representatives of the Ministry of Investment and Development, the Ministry of National Economy and National Managing Holding Baiterek.
