We are proud to congratulate Bakhtiyar Abayuly Mukhametkaliyev, our MPA 2026 student (Master in Public Administration, NU GSPP), on his appointment as Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Mukhametkaliyev has been entrusted with this important national role. From May 2025 until his appointment, he served as Director General of the Digital Government Support Center under the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development.
We wish him continued success in advancing digital transformation and artificial intelligence for the sustainable development of Kazakhstan.
