Congratulations to NU GSPP alumnus Doszhan Mussaliyev on his appointment as Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
Doszhan is a 2023 graduate of our Master in Public Administration (MPA) program of the Graduate School of Public Policy at Nazarbayev University.
He brings extensive experience from various officer and senior roles within Kazakhstan’s special state bodies, with a strong focus on information security, personal data protection, telecommunications, and informatization.
In 2023, he was awarded the “For Combat Distinction” medal by Presidential Decree—recognizing his outstanding service.
