From September 15 to 19, 2025, the Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Public Policy (NU GSPP) conducted Special Retraining Courses for senior civil servants of the Administrative Corps “A” in collaboration with the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The program was designed to enhance the professional competencies of public sector leaders by introducing participants to modern approaches to leadership, innovation, and artificial intelligence in public administration. It also covered behavioral insights, strategic decision-making, and evidence-based governance, equipping participants with practical tools to address current and emerging challenges in public management.
This initiative reflects GSPP’s ongoing commitment to developing effective, innovative, and forward-looking leadership within Kazakhstan’s public sector. Through partnership with the Academy of Public Administration, GSPP continues to contribute to strengthening institutional capacity and advancing excellence in governance and policymaking.
