Iftikhar Lodhi – Assistant Professor, PhD in Public Policy (National University of Singapore). He has taught at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and National University of Singapore. Dr. Lodhi’s teaching and research focuses on public policy theory, analysis, and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research methods, international and comparative public policy, particularly energy and climate change.
