Aray Ilyassova-Schoenfeld has joined the Graduate School of Public Policy as a Postdoctoral Scholar in 2018. Having twice been awarded the Bolashak scholarship, Dr. Ilyassova-Schoenfeld graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK with a PhD in Public Policy (July, 2017) and MA in Public Policy with Distinction (2010). Her research contributed into the fields of public policy and higher education policy. The research considered four different concepts such as policy learning; policy transfer; lesson-drawing; and path dependency.
